    Exhibitor Opportunities

    Exhibit Fees

      • Not-for-profit $225.00
      • For-profit $550.00

     

    The exhibit fee includes conference meals for two organization representatives, listing in the conference program, an 8’ x 10’ space with pipe and drape, one six foot draped and skirted table, and two chairs. Tan-Tar-A offers a comprehensive inventory of equipment and services such as internet hookup, electrical, etc. Order information will be sent after we are in receipt of your application.

    In order to provide exhibitors with steady exposure to conference attendees, registration, most meals and refreshment breaks will be held exclusively in the exhibit area (Windgate Hall).
